Since, the exams you are talking about are governmental in nature and is not defined by your prior courses. Therefore, you can appear for such exams after BCA keeping in mind the eligibility of these exams.

Yes, you can attend coaching classes either in the morning or evening, if your classes for BBA are running. Many students prepare for this exam along with their graduation.

For the Aptitude part, it is suggested to follow RS Aggarwal quantitative aptitude, Arihant publications for logical and verbal reasoning and any books even school time BBC, would work great for English comprehensions. Along with it, it is mandatory to keep a track of daily news update. For general studies, you may go through basics of geography, history, polity and economics from NCERT books till class 10th along with yearbook. All the best.
