The SSC CGL Tier 1 exam consists of 100 questions (MCQs) and the duration of the exam is one hour that is candidates need to complete the exam in 60 minutes. Total marks for the exam is 200. The exam will be conducted online. 

The Staff Selection Commission will release the SSC CGL Tier 1 Answer key 2026 on the official portal at ssc.gov.in. Candidates required their login credentials to download including the registration number and password to access the provisional answer key. Along with the response sheet will also be released.

The Commission will release the SSC CGL Tier 1 Answer Key after the conclusion of 5 to 10 days of an examination. The Tier 1 exam is expected to be conducted in May-June 2026.
