SSC CPO Cut Off

The SSC CPO 2020 cut-off marks varied across categories for Paper 1 (Tier 1) and were as follows:

1. Male Candidates (General):

General: 101.19

OBC: 91.28

SC: 84.31

ST: 83.42

EWS: 86.95

Ex-Servicemen: 40.00

2. Female Candidates (General):

General: 104.12

OBC: 97.78

SC: 90.37

ST: 85.51

EWS: 87.91

These cut-offs reflected the pass marks in the aspects that qualify the candidates for the Physical Endurance Test (PET). Different cut-offs were used in the variations based on aspects such as the number of candidates, the degree of difficulty and the number of openings.

SSC CPO Paper 1 cut off 2024 was released on September 1, 2024 by SSC. The cut off was released along with the result in PDF form. SSC CPO cut off Tier 1 was released separately for male and female candidates. The cut off was released category-wise for different posts. Candidates securing equal to or more than the cut off marks are selected for the next round of selection process. Besides the cut off marks, candidates are also required to secure the category-wise qualifying marks in the exam. 

The expected cut off for SSC CPO exam is given below.

 SSC CPO final cut off is prepared based on Paper 1 and 2. The final cut off is calculated out of 400 marks. The exam is conducted for the post of Sub-Inspector (SI) in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs). 

Only those candidates who qualify in PET/ PST are allowed to appear in the Paper 2 Examination. Candidates need to secure the qualifying cut off in Paper 2 to get shortlisted for final selection. SSC CPO Paper 2 Cut off is calculated based on the Paper 1 and 2 marks.

SSC CPO Tier 1 exam comprises four sections. The total marks allotted to the test are 200. There are negative marking in the exam. Candidates qualifying the Tier 1 are called for the next stage.
