SSC CPO Paper 1 cut off 2024 was released on September 1, 2024 by SSC. The cut off was released along with the result in PDF form. SSC CPO cut off Tier 1 was released separately for male and female candidates. The cut off was released category-wise for different posts. Candidates securing equal to or more than the cut off marks are selected for the next round of selection process. Besides the cut off marks, candidates are also required to secure the category-wise qualifying marks in the exam.

SSC CPO Tier 1 is not qualifying in nature. The marks secure by candidates in this stage are considered for the final merit list. The total marks allotted to the Tier 1 exam are 200. Questions are asked from General Knowledge, General Intelligence, English, and Quantitative Aptitude. There are also negative marking for wrong answers in the exam. 0.25 marks are deducted for wrong answers in the exam. For correct answer, candidates score one mark. The total marks of Tier 1 are calculated based on the correct and incorrect responses.

The merit list for the SSC CPO 2024 Tier 1 Exam is prepared based on candidates’ performance in the CBT and in accordance with reservation rules. It will include the roll numbers of candidates who qualify for the PST and PET. The PET/PST is qualifying in nature. Candidates qualifying the PET/PST are called for Paper 2 exam. The final merit list is prepared based on the performance in the Paper 1 and 2 subject to the candidates qualifying the PET/PST, document verification and medical exam.

SSC CPO Tier 1 result 2024 was announced on September 2, 2024. The result was made available in PDF form and comprise the roll numbers of qualified candidates. Separate result PDFs are made available for male and female candidates. SSC CPO result PDF is made available on the official website-ssc.gov.in. Candidates qualifying the Paper 1 exam of SSC CPO are called for PET/PST. The Paper 1 exam of SSC CPO comprised questions from General Knowledge, General Intelligence, English, and Quantitative Aptitude. The total marks allotted to the exam are 200.

The window to raise objection against the provisional answer key of SSC CPO is made available on the same day when the answer key is released. Candidates who have any doubt with regard to the questions asked in the exam can raise objections online. To raise objection, candidates need to pay INR 100 for per question and answer. The fee once paid by candidates are not refunded. The objections submitted by candidates are examined by the experts. 

SSC CPO Paper 1 answer key 2024 was released on July 6, 2024 by SSC. The exam was conducted on June 27, 28 and 29, 2024. The answer key was released online on the official website. However, the direct link to check the answer key was provided on this page. The total marks allotted to the Paper 1 exam was 200. SSC CPO answer key comprise the correct answers to the questions asked in the exam. Candidates can use the answer key to compare the responses marked in the exam. After the release of the provisional answer key, the final answer key is released.
