SSC CPO

SSC releases the tentative and final SSC CPO answer key. The provisional answer key is released so that candidates can check the answers and raise objections if they find any discrepancies. The final answer key is released after examining the responses submitted by the candidates. The challenges submitted by candidates are examined by the subject matter experts.  By refering to the answer key, candidates can also calculate the probable score for the exam.

The answer key of SSC CPO is released for the following stages of the exam:

SSC CPO Answer Key for Paper-I

Paper-I comprises questions from General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Knowledge and General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and English Comprehension. The total marks for the test are 200.

SSC CPO Answer Key for Paper-II

Paper-II is conducted for candidates qualifying Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/Physical Standard Test (PST). Paper-II comprises a section on English language & Comprehension. The total marks allotted for the test are 200.

According to the official notification, the minimum qualifying marks for SSC CPO Tier 1 and Tier 2 are set at 30% for UR candidates, 25% for OBC/EWS, and 20% for all other categories. Besides these qualifying marks, candidates need to secure the required cut off marks decided by the examination authority inorder to qualify the exam. The total marks allotted to the tier 1 exam are 200.

SSC CPO answer key is released online. Candidates can access the answer key by logging with the required credentials. The steps to download the answer key are given below:

• SSC CPO answer key appears on the screen
• Download the answer key and save it

SSC CPO answer key is released separately for the Tier 1 and 2 exams. The links to download the answer keys are made available on the official website. However, we provide the direct link to download the answer key. Candidates can download the answer key of SSC CPO by logging with the user ID and password. Candidates can also raise objections against the answer key in case they find any discrepancies in the same. They can challenge the SSC CPO answer key through the objection tracker. To raise  objections, candidates need to pay INR 100.

The final cut off is prepared based on Paper 1 and 2. The final cut off is calculated out of 400 marks. Based on the final cut off, candidates are offered a letter of appointment. All shortlisted candidates need to undergo a medical examination and document verification before final posting. The final cut off is announced after document verification.

Only those candidates who qualify in PET/ PST are allowed to appear in the Paper 2 Examination. Candidates need to secure the qualifying cut off in Paper 2 to get shortlisted for final selection. SSC CPO Paper 2 Cut off is calculated based on the Paper 1 and 2 marks.
