There are negative marks in SSC CPO exam. 0.25 marks are deducted for wrong answers in the exam. For correct answers, candidates score one mark. Candidates are advised to marks their answers properly in the exam to avoid negative markings.

The marking scheme is given by the exam authority. Candidates score one mark for correct answers. 0.25 marks are deducted for wrong answers. The Paper 1 & 2 carries 200 marks.

There are negative marking for wrong answers in SSC CPO exam. The marking scheme is given below.

  • There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in Paper 1 and 2. Earlier, the negative marking was one-third.
  • For the correct answer, candidates score one mark
  • Marks scored by candidates is normalised to prepare the result

In 2023. a total of 1876 vacancies were announced for Sub Inspector in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) and Sub Inspector (Exe.) in Delhi Police. The vacancies were announced for both male and female candidates.
