Greetings!

For Saveetha University, the placements have a strong track record, with more than 80% of students being placed in companies with worldwide recognition in the last five years. 

On the other hand,  St. Joseph’s College of Engineering has observed a 50% increase in the average placement package from 2016 to 2020.

In summary, depending upon your interest and preferences you can select any college , as both the college is best for engineering.

The MBA programme at College of Engineering Guindy is certainly better than that of at St. Joseph's College of Engineering. The SJCE has a moderate placement record with the highest package being INR 6 LPA and median package of INR 3.2 LPA. Whereas at CEG the highest package is about INR 15 LPA and median package of INR4 LPA. Additionally CEG is a well established college founded in 1974.

Both CEG and St. Joseph's college of enginnering are well reputed institutions, each with its own strengths and weaknesses. CEG, affiliated with Anna University, is one of the top engineering colleges in India, offering a wide range of B.Tech and M.Tech courses under various specializations.
