The hostel fees at St. Xavier's Catholic College of Engineering vary according to the type of room and facilities. For a common toilet two-bed room, the charge is around INR 75,000 per semester. A three-bed room with an attached toilet is around INR 81,000 per semester, while a two-bed room with an attached toilet will be around INR 90,000 per semester. Besides, there are charges for girls' accommodation in the new building that can go as high as INR 96,000 per semester. The charges cover accommodation and food, making the living experience all-encompassing for the students.

The difficulty in admission is based upon your choice of program/course.
Like for BE/Btech, general category students have to score at least 45% in their 12 th grade.
For Mtech, general category students have to score at least 50% in their graduation.

Yes, St Xavier's Catholic College of Engineering gives 100% scholarship that can over entire tution fees. This scholarship is given to those students who performed better in their St. Xavier's Merit Scholarship Exam (SXMSE).
Students who score above 95% get scholarship of INR 87000 and full tution fees wavier.

Some says the quality of food in the hostel mess of St Xavier's Catholic College of Engineering is below average and some say it is good in taste. But cooking staffs are very kind.
