BSc Statistics at Amity University Mumbai requires a minimum of 55% marks in Mathematics or Statistics. The university keeps this rule strict because the syllabus involves a lot of data calculations and quantitative logic. If your school math score is lower than this, you will need to look at other Science streams.

No, to pursue courses like the Master of Data Analytics at QUT, Indian applicants are not required to show any unofficial or prior knowledge of Stats or Coding for admissions.
Other admission requirements are given below, take a look -
- A relevant UG degree with a GPA of 4.0 on QUT 7.0 GPA
- Having IT, Mathematics or a related quantitative field may be useful for a faster 1.5-year program

At TUM, a credit mismatch is the number 1 reason for rejections. And if your application does not include the core subjects like Math or Stats for TUM, your application will likely be rejected.
The German universities like TUM evaluate applications based on the subject specific competences using ECTS and not the CGPA or the total credit hours.

NIT Jamshedpur placements have increased over the time. The average package offered to CSE students in 2025 was 25.11 LPA. Whereas the B.E./ BTech programme fee, i.e., INR 5 lakh. The facilities provided to students are central library, hostel facilities, sports ground, etc. The ROI seems decent.
