Both colleges have M.Tech Structural Engineering. The NIRF ranking of RVCE is 96 while 78 is for MSRIT. So MSRIT can be the good option here.

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank was 13135 and closing rank was 15120. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Admission to Integrated BTech in Civil Engineering + M.Tech in Structural Engineering in IIT Patna - Indian Institute of Technology is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE Advanced. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

No, MTech in Chemical Engineering (Structural Engineering) is not offered at IIIT Surat. IIIT Surat currently offers only two BTech programmes, namely Computer Science and Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering.

However, there are a number of other institutes in Surat that offer MTech in Chemical Engineering, including:
