Hi Riwin
For undergrad admissions to USA and few other European countries, taking SAT helps in scholarships as well as better profile. The basic SAT includes math and verbal ability section and can be prepared well by coaching. Subject based SAT or SAT -II are rigorous and require lot of preparation.

Hi Sarang,
Irrespective of the program you wish to pursue in Germany you must have high academic standing. Also, the program you study in future must be related to your previous education. Kindly share your grades for better guidance.
