No, not all Northeastern University students are assured on-campus housing. Nevertheless, first-year undergraduate students are usually assured housing if they fulfill important requirements. In general, first-year undergraduates who turn in their housing application and enrollment deposit on time are assured a space. Graduate and transfer students may need to look into off-campus living possibilities as they are not guaranteed housing. Northeastern University offers a mix of students accommodation that are as follows:
