Applicants have the flexibility to schedule their GMAT exam dates 24 hours before the actual exam date (both test centre and online). But always getting a preferred slot may not always be possible for centre testing. The reason being, that the slots get booked fast and become unavailable last minute. This is why it is advised to book GMAT exam dates and centres in advance.
