The TUM application fee is free of cost for Indians. Students must pay tuition costs to join any UG and PG programs. The housing policy of WBU campus states that unmarried students enrolled for 7 or more hours should live in a residence hall and take meals in the residence dining hall unless the student is a 23 years old. Students attending the classes on Plainview campus should fill out the housing application. Various dorm options are available. A housing deposit has to be paid too. Women's residence halls of the university are Ferguson Hall, Owen Hall and Davis Hall. The prices in the women's residence halls will range from USD 1,415 – USD 2,053 (Around INR 1.2 L - INR 2 L).
