These purpose-built accommodation are basically apartment complexes for RMIT Uni students. From studio to shared apartments are available. These accommodation are available at:

The IELTS registration deadline for the computer test is 72 hrs before the test date. On the other hand, for paper IELTS test, it is 3 to 7 days before. This generally depends upon the availability of the test date and centre.
