INR 20 Lacs are only sufficient to do a 10 to 12-month postgraduate programme in a European country - since there are many affordable options - like France, Germany, Italy, etc. - given that the student also takes up a part-time job to deal with their daily expenses as much as possible.

Yes it's completely possible to study abroad without scholarships - for scholarships are just a medium for availing education at an affordable price. They are not a mandatory requirement for availing of education abroad.

Job roles after MBA in RRU are- Finance and Control Manager, General Manager, Business Analyst, etc. University's MBA improve student's business and leadership abilities, prepare them for new business, etc., within companies. After graduation, students are eligible for Post Graduation Work Permit in Canada which allow them to work there for up to 3 years provided they meet MBA eligibility.

Carolina Uni can be moderately expensive to live in for Indian students. The average cost is USD 12,400 or INR 11.5 Lakhs per year for both UG and PG students. This is reasonable compared to living costs at some of the popular universities in the US. There tuition costs can go above USD 20,000 (INR 18.6 Lakhs) in some cases.

Min GPA for scholarship at RRU is 3.67 or 4.3. But eligibility and award amounts for each scholarship may diifer. For BC Graduate Scholarship, application process include to submit complete application form, 500 word essay, academic references for current leadership or leadership potential.  
For RRU Entrance Award, application process involve to submit description of student's life experience that led them to study at RRU.

Carolina Uni offers visa guidance, transcript evaluations, employment opportunities, and financial aid, among other services to international students (including Indians).

Assistance is given with regards to the F-1 student visa, I-20 issuance, and IT services. The university also helps student find housing in Winston-Salem.

The weather at Carolina University Winston-Salem, NC is usually hot and humid. Tempreatures range from 1 degree to 31 degree celsius over the year.

Summers are hot with high tempreatures reaching 32 degrees. Winters are mild to cool. Average tempreatures are in the 10 degrees and 13 degrees range. Spring and Autumn are generally pleasant and mild.
