As an international student wanting to get into the University of Oklahoma, it is not needed to submit a lot of documents but the basic ones are required for sure. Look at the documents required for admissions:
- A completed application
- A statement of purpose
- LOR
- An updated CV

Why? Well, simply because there's not enough money to fund everyone, and the decision of who gets it comes down to how your course instructor assesses you.

Ruhr University Bochum is very selective with an acceptance rate of around 40%. So, students must aim to have a good academic background. For admission to this university's UG courses, the applicants should have completed school education. Whereas, for admission to PG courses, the applicants should at least have a Bachelor's degree. Also, they must submit the documents required such as transcripts, English or German language proficiency score, passport, APS certificate, etc.

As an international student, you do not really need GRE to apply for the graduate courses at the University of Oklahoma. Just meet the other basic University of Oklahoma admission requirements and you are good to go. But, this university recommends you submitting these scores with your application as it might raise your chances of getting in.
