The University of Luxembourg is not ranked individually for B.E/B.Tech Courses but the University of Luxembourg is ranked at #1 in Luxembourg and #256 in the world. It is also ranked by different supremely acclaimed providers like QS and THE (Times Higher Education).

Yes, the University of Oxford is considered highly selective. It terms of enrollment though, it is a mid-sized rather than a small university.
Oxford is the federation of over 35 independent colleges so the community is quite big.
This is definitely not a small liberal arts college with a total enrollment of around 26,000 students at UG and PG levels.

Yes, Indian students can apply to multiple programs at the University of North Texas in a single application cycle.
But, Indian students need to submit a separate application and application fee for each different program.
For UG courses, students can apply via the ApplyTexas Portal or the CommonApp. And for PG courses, the UNT Graduate School portal.
