No, Indian students are usually not eligible for the guaranteed tuition rate at the NIU Uni Illinois. It is only available to new, first-time, degree-seeking students from the US. The guarantee plan allows for a fixed tuition rate at NIU for the four years of UG studies.

Whether to pursue an MBA from the National University of Singapore or Nanyang Technological University depends on a lot of different factors. And to decide, students generally see the rankings of programs.
As per FT Rankings 2025, Nanyang Technological University ranks better than NUS. Although NUS is not that far away.

Indian students are allowed to add or drop courses during the 1st week at NIU Illinois via the MyNIU account. Changing course during the 2nd week require permission from department.
Students dropping their course during or later than 3rd week will be considered to have withdrawn from the course.

The MBA programs offered by NUS are ranked by the Financial Times, which is one of the most well-known newspapers.
In the 2025 rankings, the National University of Singapore was ranked #37. The ranking has slightly dropped from #27 in 2024.

Indian students should take min. 12 credit hrs/semester for UG or 9 credit hrs/semester for PG courses at the Northern Illinois Uni. UG students ideally should aim for 15 credits per semester to graduate in 4 yrs.

Yes, Victoria University MSc fees is refunded if the student decides to cancel their admission. The institute will offer refunds based on UGC norms and deduct INR 1,000 as processing charges from the refunded amount.
UGC norms provide that only students who decide to cancel their admission within 30 days of the commencement of the course are eligible for receving refunds of a percentage of the fees paid.
The actual percentage is affected by how early a candidate choses to cancel their admission.

No, students with a 3-year UG degree from outside NIU cannot obtain an NIU degree by completing only 1 year at the university.
They'all also have to meet the conditions below:
- Complete 1.5 to 2 years of coursework
- Any other requirement specific to the academic department

Victoria University does not mention an offline mode to apply for MSc course. Candidates are required to register on the admission portal of the institute to access the admission forms.
Thus, candidates can assume that there is no method of offline application for MSc at Victoria University.
