Rare courses are the ones which are less common and less heard-about in our day-to-day lives. Some courses are so rare that common people may not even know they exist. This results in lesser people pursuing these courses. Thus, niche or "rare" courses after the 12th often yield exceptional salaries because of a large imbalance between high industry demand and low talent supply.

Some of the most rare high salary courses after 12th are -

  • Bachelor's in Actuarial Science
  • B.Sc. in Geomatics / Geospatial Technology
  • B.Sc in Oceanography / Marine Science
  • Certified Gemologist (GIA / IGI programs)
  • Bachelor's in Urban & Regional Plann
...more
