Yes even unpaid internships or practicum will be counted as work according to Douglas. Since IRCC defines work as an activity for which one earns wages or commission or that competes directly with activities of Canadian citizens or permanent residents in the labour market of Canada

The University of Liverpool has a very famous programme for Indian students which is the MSc in Data and Analytics

Indian students would need a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 55 to 60% from a recognised university. This should be in a relevant subject like -

  • Computer Science
  • Statistics
  • Mathematics

The English language proficiency is required too as the Liverpool University courses are taught in English.

The applications that Indian students make to the University of Liverpool are reviewed on a rolling basis. And the treatment of all the applications is done individually.

So, regardless of the fact that there are specific University of Liverpool admission deadlines, there is a scope to apply for Early applications and decisions.

This university tries to send out these decisions as early as possible via email.

It can be really tough getting into the University of Liverpool because of its acceptance rate, which is barely 14 to 24%.

This makes the Liverpool admissions very tough. To get in, Indian applicants will require a UG degree with a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale, along with the English language proficiency.
