Yes, Lund can be described as reasonably expensive, with the estimated monthly cost of living in Lund being around SEK 8,500-SEK 12,500 (INR 75.6 K-INR 1.11 L). The average cost of living in Sweden is around SEK 10,314 (INR 91.8 K) per month.

Though costly, it can be made affordable by applying for financial aids & part time work, soon after arrival in Sweden.

Admission in Cockrell School of Engineering depends upon the overall scores and achievements the international students have acquired either in their high schools for undergraduate or the universities for postgraduate.  

  • An undergraduate must have a minimum SAT or equivalent score of 1400+ and most graduates must lie in the top 10 percent of their high school class.

  • Approx 6,000 undergraduate and 2,000 graduate students enrolled
