I discontinued my studies after 10th in 2011. I would like to continue my further studies in Japan. What are my choices?

Hi Umananda,
You must have completed 12 years education to be eligible to study abroad. Japan is not the conventional study abroad destination like USA, etc. and you have to see the admission requirements before applying. First complete your 10+2. You can do so from NIOS, etc.

My son will clear his 10th. Can you provide some information about scholarship and countries?

Hi Deepak,
You should allow your son to complete his 11th and 12th in India and then look for study abroad options because a minimum of 12 years education is required. In the meantime check Shiksha's study abroad section.

Hi Devansh,
There is no specific cut-off, an average of 75% and above throughout is good. Remember to get into Ivy Leagues you cannot be just a bookworm but must excel in all-rounder activities.

I have done my graduation in mechanical engineering with 68% in 2016 and got 5.5 bands in IELTS. Can I go to Italy for Masters?

Hi,
Yes, you can go to Italy. But, you must retake the IELTS because majority of the Master's degree programs ask for 6.5 band. You should also write to the universities concerned about university specific requirements.

Hi Prashant,
You will be the best one to know what is best for you. At this stage, you should have a career plan ahead based on which you should study. An MBA seems ideal but ask yourself why do you want to study and what do you want to be.
