It is very difficult to get a job in UK. You should follow current global affairs and find out recent work permit regulations in UK. It is tough for an international student.

Mining engineering is best offered in India as well if you are interested. NUS ranks in the top 25 in world rankings and the admissions are equally competitive.

The range of b.tech in Canada is somewhere between 10 to 20 lakhs depending on the provinces and universities. For UK, the cost would be 15 lakhs and more per year. This doesn't include the cost of living.

It is an excellent idea to seek admission in MS in computer science after 2 years of IT industry experience. This will help you to seek part time job in German companies to sponsor your living expenses.
