Hi Partha, You did not mention if you are looking for Bachelors or Masters degree programmes. Rankings are affected accordingly. Anyways for agriculture programmes, you can consider Australian National University, The University of Queensland, The University of Melbourne and The University of Wester

Scholarship can be availed if you are a meritorious student with excellent grades. Scholarships are given by the colleges. Limited scholarships are available for international students, which is why you must have good grades.
