Definitely, you can get admission in the American universities as only GRE is not the eligibility criteria. The universities look for the overall profile. But, with this score, you cannot get into top universities. To get admission in Tier-2 universities, your GRE score should be 310

MBA doesn't require job experience. You only need to have good knowledge of your course. You need to appear for GMAT and IELTS exam to pursue MBA in Australia.

You need to appear for GATE exam. If you want to opt for M.Tech abroad, then appear for GRE and TOEFL exam.

As far as your academic scores are concerned with 65% you will be able to get admission in the good colleges in the countries you have mentioned. For Australia and Canada, you need to score 6.5 band in IELTS (6 band in all section

If you intend to pursue your higher education in the same field, you need to check out with the university chosen by you as to which level they can admit you after they check the subjects taken by you in your Diploma. You also need to score good marks in IELTS exam.
