GRE is required only for US universities and few Canadian Universities. GRE is not at all mandatory for German Universities.
To get into German Universities you need to take IELTS and try to score 6.5 overall with no band less than 6. You may also apply for German Universities with

Hello Jishnu,
With 70% in Bachelors degree why do you prefer PGD. Definitely you can get into Masters program as 2 backlogs is not an issue at all. Try to score 6.5 in IELTS with no band less than 6. You will definitely get in some of the reputed Universities in Canada.

Hello Zeeshan,
UK is one of the best country to pursue higher education. This doesn't mean that all universities in UK are good. There are lot of things that are to be considered before proceeding ahead. Before that you have to do a lot of research about the universities for which you wish to apply.

It is a good college, but you need to score a minimum of 7.5 band in IELTS (7 band in each section) you need to score more than 720 marks in GMAT exam. You need to do well in PI and if another candidate is up for your seat, then your educational qualification is also evaluated.
