Entry requirements are different with universities. Australian universities do not require exams like GRE or GMAT but top ones may require. However you must clear IELTS or TOEFL for English language proficiency.

Since there is no MCA abroad you must check for MS computer science or MS IT courses. Eligibility varies with universities and countries, you must therefore visit the university websites for the same. You will find more information on the link here:

If the GRE score is very good it may help balance the low GPA. It depends on how the university evaluates your profile, how selective they are and also your overall profile.

Hi Gobi,
Will urge you to email you profile and grades to a few universities, admissions are based on an university's requirements and a candidate's profile. Mere completing a ELS course will not help. Also, whether or not you will be required to pursue a foundation course in English will be decided

Can I get admission in German universities if I score good in IELTS?

Hi Junaid,
Admissions are not done on the basis of IELTS score alone. In fact in Germany, very high academic grades are required. I am afraid with the academic record you have possibilities are very less but you can always try. Keep looking at the other options like UK, Australia as well.
