TOEFL scores are valid for two years after the test date and there is no limit to the number of times you can take the test, but you cannot take it more than once in a 12-day period.
So you can give the paper of TOEFL.
I don't know about SAT.

Amount of Rs.20 lacs is to be shown in the account, but you can take it back as soon as you take a class there. Yes, last 3 years of ITR is required. You need to consult an experienced visa consultant for that.

You are the best person, who know which part of computer engineering is best for you. First recognize your interest, then choose universities in abroad. You can choose USA as it is the best place for computer engineers. For that, you should score high in GRE exam and TOEFL /IELTS exam.
All the best.

Every university have different closing dates for submission of application, so first you choose your preferred university and check their last date of application submission as your profile is good enough, so don’t worry, you can go ahead.

Germany has maintained it's standards across all disciplines and so is the case with architecture. Most of the public universities offer it for almost free and your degree will place you well in all over Europe. So go ahead with your decision.
