Hello Siddharthan,
Definitely you are allowed to stay back for few months after completion of your studies. The duration of work permit varies from country to country.
In case of US, you are allowed to stay back for 24 months under the STEM program.
In Canada, you will be given 3 years of work permit

Hello Manmeet,
Yes, there is no tuition fee in German universities. German government offers free education. But, the cost of living is too expensive and you need to learn German in order to work there. I haven't seen people going for German universities to study computer science. If you are interest

To file PR from India this percentage is good but 8 band in IELTS and work experience of atheist 4 years is required. The only way for getting a PR is by marrying a girl of that country if you want it before studying.

You can go to Australia after applying under ELICOS because to study in Australia after 12th you need 5.5 bands with not less than 5 in each module. Since, you have 4.5 in one module you have 2 options i.e. either apply under ELICOS or else give the IELTS paper again. In ELICOS, besides studying you

Hello Siddharthan,
Your IELTS score is pretty low to get into the Masters program. I would suggest you to retake IELTS and score better and then apply for the universities.
