Dear Gargi,
universities in US do not offer direct MBBS. You must enroll into a bachelor's degree program in biological sciences or related field, then take the MCAT. Your academic grades alongwith MCAT scores will be required for entry into a medical school. Currently start preparing for SAT and TOE

Dear Prem, always study as per your own career plans. A course which might be best for someone may not be suitable for you. Have a clear vision of what you want. Popular courses for b.com students are pg in accounts, finance, banking, business studies, hospitality etc.
