Percentile is only an indicator; the game lies on ranks. However, if your son is a 'home' candidate there yes. There is a higher chance of getting CSE. But if he is an 'other state' candidate then a bit of tough. But my opinion is only suggestive.

Hello Riya,
It is indeed very heartening you know that you have get your aim of seeking admission in IIT Vadodara. This is very good since setting up of the aim is one of the important things in life. But as you know the minimum marks required in class 12th will be 75% for seeking admission in IIT. You have received really good percentile in JEE Mains and hence I am sure you will get good marks in your class 12th examination also. Hello! Yes, you can give other MBA entrance exams apart from the CMAT too like CAT MAT ATMA XAT etc. To get admission in a Surat-based good college.

M.Sc admission is not included in JEE. You need to appear for the entrance test after B.Sc. But you can opt for dual degree program if you are interested in (B.Sc +M.Sc) from SVNIT itself on the basis of JEE rank.
