- Passed Class 12 with physics and mathematics (compulsory subjects) along with one of the following subjects: chemistry/biotechnology/biology /technical vocational subject.
- Obtained at least 45% of aggregate marks.
- Obtained at least 40% aggregate marks (candidate belonging to Madhya Pradesh in a reserved category).

SUAS Indore accepts national-level entrance exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc. SNAP and SET Test conducted by Symbiosis International (Deemed) University is also accepted for admission. To get admitted to SUAS Indore, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the college.
