The university provides lateral entry or direct admission to the second year of BTech course. Lateral entry is available in three specialisations, namely Computer Science & IT and Mechatronics. Candidates must have Diploma examination with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the appropriate branch of Engineering and Technology. 

Yes, SUAS Indore does offer a BTech in Computer Science & Information Technology. The course is offered in a full-time mode and offered as a regular course. Admission to the programme is subject to a valid score on the entrance exam. Candidates must also have the  Class 12 examination with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as mandatory subjects with at least 50% aggregate (40% aggregate for reserved category candidates)
