Symbiosis Indore accepts multiple state and national-level exams for admission to the BTech course such as JEE Main, CUET, SET, etc. Admission to BTech lateral entry will be based on merit in the last qualifying exam. The final selection to BTech will be based on entrance exam score and academic qualification of the candidates.

Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences BTech fees is around INR 11 lakh. Candidates are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Candidates will also require to pay a registration fee to apply for admission. The applicaion fee for BTech is INR 1,000.

SUAS Indore BTech shortlisted candidates have to come for document verification and confirm their admission by paying the course fee. Below are the documents required for admission:
- Copy of receipt of payment of first installment of academic fee for the chosen programme
- Duly filled SUAS admission form with four recent passport-sized photographs
- SET/ JEE/ Any other national or state-level entrance exam
- Original Transfer Certificate
- Original Migration Certificate
- Original Character Certificate
- Copy of Class 10 passing marksheet and certificate
- Copy of Class 11 passing marksheet and certificate
