JNTU-Hyderabad will be a better option for CSE as it has more bigger alumni network, better placements, experienced faculty members, etc.

Yes, if you belong to Andhra Pradesh and want to take admission in NIT, there are quite less chances for you to get a seat in any of the remaining branches in last rounds.

If you are from Andhra Pradesh then take admission in NIT Tadepalligudem and if you from Tamil Nadu, take admission in NIT Puducherry. Both are quite equal, you can take in any.

No, it would be very hard to get as your score is less, you should take a drop year and work hard or try some good private engineering Colleges.

As per your ranking, the possibility of getting admission in the NIT is less. As per your ranking you can go for another private college.

Yes, you can get admission in NIT Tadepalligudem at this score and under this reserved category, but for that you have to wait for the special round of counselling.
