Yes, you can change your college in second year of B.Tech. However, admissions and eligibility rules vary from college to college and from state to state. If you want to apply to another Tamil Nadu college, you should check the eligibility and admission procedure rules of the college you want to apply to. You must appear on the entrance exam or meet other standards specified by the college.

The cost of studying at Institutes for Hotel Management can change a lot. It depends on the kind of course, how good the institute is, how popular it is, and where it's located.

For a regular degree, it might start at about Rs. 30,000. But it can be different for specific colleges. For example, in Kolkata, the Institute of Hotel Management has an average fee of about Rs. 90,933 for the year.

If you're looking at a B.Sc course, it could cost up to 3 lakhs, and for an M.Sc course, it's around 2 lakhs.

So, in simple terms, the cost of studying at these institutes can change a lot, and it depends on what and where you're studying.
