No, you will get only VIT, Chennai or Bhopal or Amravati in that much rank but you can get civil branch in VIT, Vellore that too in a higher category.

For Sastra, there is no Cutoff and no minimum percentile required in JEE MAINS.
It is based on 12th percentage and JEE Main mark (SASTRA will calculate like this 12th percentage * 0.75+ JEE MAIN mark * 0.25)
Total- 165 marks.
Based on your score out of 165 they will alot a admisssion.
Therefore, there is no minimum percentile you need.
However, you need to score good marks in both (12th and JEE MAINS).
