There are 100s of Engineering colleges in Tamilnadu, The complete list is given in Shiksha. Com https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/ranking/top-engineering-colleges-in-tamil-nadu/44-2-123-0-0. As per my suggestion, The Ranking are :
1) SRM University, Chennai
2) VIT University, Vellore
3) Saveeta University

This could be accessed only during counselling and this being a prime branch you ought to secure a high rank in the VITEEE-2020.
