There is no entrance exam for Integrated M.Tech course. You have to visit the official VIT website and fill in the application form with your 12th marks, both online and offline modes are available. Most of the seats are reserved for Tamil Nadu students, I can say around 65-70% of the seats are for Tamil Nadu students who wish to pursue B.Tech in SASTRA.
