Hello Karthikeyan,
You are interested in doing M.Tech in industrial engineering. What you want to do it part time. Of course there are some colleges which offer part time M.Tech courses but then you will have to attend the classes on the regular basis and this you can do only at the place where you are employed at the moment. You cannot think of joining a part time class at the place which is far off from your place of employment. The minimum eligibility for admission to B.Sc chemistry course is 10+2 in science stream (either PCB or PCM).
No, there is no separate entrance exam for this.

There is no category wise reservation in VITEEE exam, everybody is considered same. Regarding preparation for CSE, you need only 2 things:
I) Good grip over NCERT textbooks and previous years VITEEE question papers. ii) Proper time management, as the questions are not tough. But, you need to solve as much as you can to get a good rank.
