You will get civil or electronics with this rank but if you want CSE better go to other colleges because you will not get CSE in VIT.
Additional Information: Predict engineering colleges you can get on the basis of your JEE rank:

Board marks are nothing to do with VIT admission but you have to eligible for it atleast 60% in physics, chemistry, maths in intermediate. You have to give VITEEE exam to take admission in VIT. Hope this helps. You may get ECE but in second or third category but you have to pay more for that. Let me explain you the admission system here. Rank in VIT to get admission should be 90,000, so you can get admission in VIT from the 6th category as well. There are various categories as well. With each category admission, fees go high. First category closed till 15,000 rank, and you can get CSE till 9000 rank and IT till 11000 rank, but there are 2nd category as well, if you want CSE, but you have to pay more for that. Hope this helps.

To secure a seat you need to have a rank below 5000. Further, the ranks are admitted according to the financial attraction of the course and the time of admission.
