To get admission at VIT-Chennai, you have low chances only but you can get if you can pay more money than what is being specified. VIT Bhopal is also a good one as it is a newly developed institute but is not equivalent to VIT-Chennai.

You should definitely write CLAT next year. There are 19 national law universities for 5-year course which are like IITs for law and provide much more exposure than VIT or any other private college.
