I think ASB Coimbatore is a better option amongst the two. There are many good colleges if you consider relocating yourself, especially around Mumbai region for finance.

Hi, Every college will say that they give 100% placement but their is no written record whether these B-Schools actually give 100% placement or not. But yes you can still go for top B-Schools which can give you sure shoot placement.

Hi,
IMU doesn't accept MAT score. It only accepts IMUCET and dates for the same has already been passed. You can try for other colleges.

Yes, you can surely apply in the National Scholarship Scheme. Or, UGC has also started granting one time grants to students of NLUs, belonging to Karnataka. Hope this helps.
