Admission is through Centralised Admission Committee- Lateral Entry (CENTAC LE) counselling conducted by Government of Puducherry, based on the marks obtained in Diploma. Candidate must have passed Diploma in Engineering or Technology from a recognized board. Regards.

I would suggest you to go for Swami Vivekanand University, Sagar, Madhya Pradesh as Delhi Institute of Aeronautical Sciences is affiliated to the same University and offers better amenities and study environment along with time to time educational trips and as you've asked you'll require an aggregate of 60% in PCM.

You should not limit your search to only Coimbatore but to entire India. Most of the institutes offer certificate & diploma courses in game design. Many of them are not even affiliated to any university. Look for colleges such as MIT, Pune, DSKIC Pune, Artemisia College of Art & Design, Indore (Govt. University), which offer 3-4 years duration in-depth degree courses in Game design. NID Ahemdabad offers Masters degree in Game Design. Do not confuse Game Design with Game programming.
