Vel Tech University ranks 7.2 overall for its quality of education and remarks on placements. You can surely go for this college as it has all the opportunities combined with facilities for you. Many companies used to come every year, this year- Campus interview has just begun, Wipro has come almost 50-60 students from each dept took part. As the campus interview is conducted between 3 colleges, very few get placed. Companies like Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Infosys used to come every year regularly.
All the best.

The applications for TNEA were available for the other state students till July 12 in the website www.annauniv.edu.
There are many colleges under TNEA in the whole of Tamil Nadu but there is only a single window counselling for admission. The TNEA counselling is already in process and the applications have been closed.
So, it is impossible to apply now. You may contact the admin for more details which is available in the above website.

Yes, you are eligible. You need to apply separately through a link which will be posted after the applications for Tamil Nadu and TN native students.
It was available from July 1 - July 12 at www.annauniv.edu
Your aggregate in PCM out of 200 determines your admission.
The applications have been closed and the TNEA counselling processes have started already.

First of all, whatever you are wishing to be in the career, English is a must. So kindly put some concern on your English language skills. Now come on to your question (as far I am understanding), you are asking for preparation in JEE Mains paper-2. Dear, for this you have to be a bit more dedicated. If possible, go to the tuitions. Improve your engineering drawing. For the rest of the subjects, go to the NCERT books. For any query feel free to ask me anytime!
Good luck!

With a cut-off score of 186.5, it is difficult to get a good or top ranking college being a BC category student. You can get some colleges like Rajalakshmi Engineering College, Panimalar, etc.
So, if you could suggest any college of your choice then I may tell whether you can get that or not.
This year, EEE seats are getting filled faster so it is difficult to get a good college.
For previous year's cut-off marks refer: www.cutoff.tnea.ac.in
