As per your college's preferences, it will be better for you to move forward with ECE at VIT-Vellore,as VIT- Vellore is one of the finest private colleges in India due to good infrastructure better exposure and very good placements, so go for it only.

Kindly go with NIT-Agartala if CSE is provided there because packages from Agartala is more or less same as that of other colleges.

It is less predictable that you'll get admission into any government or private medical college at this score. You can try for private BDS.

To get admission into any government medical college under state quota counselling for Tamil Nadu under OBC category, your score shouldn't be less than 450.

For admission into government medical colleges under Tamil Nadu State quota, your NEET score should be around 450. For private colleges, it should be around 300.
