Yes, you can do LLB private course mixed with B.Com.There is a chance for B.Com to select taxation in it and you can do income tax in it too.

Yes many private and government universities in India offer B.Com with specializations like taxation/ business analytics. Etc. Specilialy private universities offer B.Com with specializations in demanding subjects like business analytics/ taxation.
