B.Ed is available in both regular or distance mode you can go with anyone of this fee of B.Ed is not much high.

Ph.D. is Interdisciplinary, So you can choose any topic related to Chemistry. I recommend you to do your research in Top research institutes like IISc, IISERs, IITs, BHU, DU, etc.
