Hi Arti Yadav,
JEE Mains rank predictor is an online tool which predicts the candidates rank range and probable colleges based on the difficulty level of the examination, average marks scored in JEE Mains and seats available in IITs, NITs, GFTIs, and other SFTIs. The rank predicted might not be accurate but it certainly does give an idea to the aspirant. Know your college admission chances based on your JEE Mains rank, home state, caste, gender, etc., here:

I don't think you should try for B.Voc but you should go for UPCS that will be more fruitful for you.

Candidates who have completed NCTE recognized teacher education programme in direct mode.

Hello Komal, Firstly congratulations for seeking admission for GNM course. Basic eligibility is 12th and hence definitely M.Ed qualification is not required. But I could not find any mention of this GNM course in MCM DAV college. Can you elaborate please? Your initial salary depends on your position in the institution. MA Education has a very wide scope at this time. Rough idea of salary is:
For PRT is about 40,000
TGT is about 48,000
PGT is about 56,000
Professor is about 74,000
